Why Am I Unable to Edit/Update my Claimed Profile?

If you find that you are unable to edit or update your business profile after it has been claimed on Credibility.com, your business information is likely locked from having changes being made because it is being managed by a business listing distribution service. Business listing distribution companies analyze, identify, and lock business listings across their unique publisher networks so that all of your content is synced, enhanced, and usually only updatable through that one company’s website or interface.  From there, the correct data will be shown on our site – usually within 24 hours.

 If your business profile is not being managed by a business listing distribution service,  please contact us and a member of our team will address the situation ASAP.
